The hotel had a convenient location close to the airport and Osaka center with a market and shopping nearby. The rooms were spacious, making us wish we could stay longer; however, they were smaller than rooms in Australia. The service was friendly and efficient but did not accept credit cards. The dining options were quite varied and good tasting, especially their traditional Japanese offerings. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay overall.

I had a great stay at the hotel despite minor issues. The rooms, although we booked a non-smoking room but felt a bit of smoke, were very comfortable and clean. The food available was nice but could have had more variety. The service was excellent, with friendly staff willing to help and even offering a shuttle service. The location was superb, especially for airport access and near train stations. Dining options were good but could use more variety. Overall, a solid choice for a stay.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, despite being smaller than what I'm used to in Australia, were very clean and comfortable, easily fitting 3 single beds and ample space for luggage. However, there was a slight stale smell lingering. The service was friendly and accommodating, ensuring lost guests were guided appropriately.
